Reading Program Overview
The Little Lion Reading Program was created to simplify teaching and learning reading skills. It is a research based program that combines phonics and the whole language approach to reading. This program was designed for readers between the ages of 3 to 9 years. Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 each includes a workbook, a storybook, and a board game. Little Lion Learning has developed the C.A.P.A.B.L.E. Reading Method which is woven into the program. It helps to make learning gains more favorable and more fluid. Users will be able to work their way through the program daily without any prep work prior to use. That’s right– no planning, pulling resources, or studying is required by the parent. The lessons are simple and strategic to maximize time and efficiency.
